Allen is frequently requested by India-based service providers to see if the European and North American companies he works for are interested in engaging them. This includes web design, content creation, marketing and advertising, video creation and coders / developers for web and mobile applications. What is surprising is the incredible breadth and depth of startups across India that could benefit from the very home-grown talent that such individuals are seeking to export.
